In several boxes,

I have stacks of small cuts of fabric. I always plan to make quilt squares and create a quilt, however, once in a while, I can find good use for such small pieces. I created this little hanging heart,...........to give to friends when we get together..........with some little surprise tucked inside of the pocket.
Sort of "let's remember this day" kind of thing..........
I enjoyed making the beaded flowers so much, I decided to stitch them on to the front panel.
I think this would also be cute with a small embroidered design or initial stitched on to the front.............what do you think??

So pretty! The beaded flowers look wonderful with the floral print on the inside of the pocket.

You're right, an embroidered initial would be very pretty too.

Girl-girl-girl... you've inspired me. Your work is darling! I've got a bazillion hand stitched piece sitting in boxes and drawers. I just may pull some out and make something with them. Your work is incredible :-)

I believe anything you would make would be absolutely wonderful; you are so talented. I thought of your work last night while I was doing some redwork embroidery.

Kathleen, that is just about the prettiest thing! I love it. What a sweet idea, too...to give to friends when they come by. I love the fabric, too, and the beaded flowers.
