The Lantana, growing here on the grounds

  1. Oh I love Lantana, Kathleen, but unfortunately it is considered a noxious week where I live, otherwise I would plant it in my garden!

  2. Good thought! I've never grown Lantana plants; they do well in dry spells? It's neat how there is more than one color on the same plant.

  3. Ha-ha! But I actually like weeds. They are what's natural in the world, not all these manicured lawns everyone wants to create. I'm a believer in nurturing the wild side. Love lantana. Recently took a picture of a very pretty purple one. :)

  4. I used to grow Lantana, and have one in a pot now. They are very easy to take care of - not a lot of maintenance, except pruning - and the flowers are very pretty. I like the saying on your photo...sooo true! I needed that reminder. Have a lovely day, Kathleen.

    Blessings,

  6. Tammy I totally agree with you! God doesn't consider any of His plants to be weeds, noxious or otherwise, and I am happy having anything green and pretty in my garden.
