The blue morning glories that I posted about stitching, on my last post

have already been snatched up before I got to place them in my Etsy shop. They were a set of 6 place mats, and a former customer saw just the glimpse of them and now they are being finished and sent along her way..................(thank you Liz).
However, my work basket is overflowing and I am working up another set to sell( when they are finished.)

I have one stack of finished pieces,

and an enormous stack of unfinished pieces.

I can't wait to get this design stitched. With the snow that has blanketed and frozen our area for the past 3 days, I have plenty of time to be inside........stitching.
I know that most of you are probably going through even worse cold conditions.
What are you working on?
A quilt perhaps? A mosaic piece? Have you gotten you paints and paint brushes out?
I would love to hear!

Hi Kathleen,

Per usual...it seems I stay behind. I had an awful virus of some kind for almost two weeks...I'm just getting some energy back from it...as for the unusual amount of snow this winter..count me in...Thank goodness this recent blizzard missed me. I have had snow on the ground at some level since early December and it finally melted a week ago.

And on the note of your embroidery...now that's the way to sell something! before it even gets listed. :0) I'm so happy to see you stitching away the days.

I saw the pictures of your snow. I love the snow until I'm snowed in! Living on this ridge has redefined how I view it. :0)

The short term job that Thomas took and was supposed to last until the end of March....well, he was laid off last week..only 8 weeks of work and he was snowed in here for three weeks trying to get to Kentucky which was also covered up with snow....so another lesson was learned: no jobs that require long distance traveling in the winter! What a disaster...it's funny though because we both had a bad feeling about it from the beginning...so it's living proof that we should always follow our intuition...that gut feeling always seem to know best.

I've been working on some Doodle Art that I started when I was sick...

Hugs,
Stephanie ♥

You do beautiful work! I love the look of embroidery, but I'm unable to grasp the stitches so I do my share of counted cross stitch.

I just loved the morning glories!! One of my favorite flowers. My sister had a whole fence full one year with hundreds of blooms.

Loved the berries peeking out of the snow!!!!!
