In between stitches.........I have a wonderful Easter salad/dessert recipe for you!

Easter time is almost here!  Now that our children are grown and scattered, we
do not have a big celebration as we once did when they were all small.
How I miss those sweet times!

However, I still like to make some kind of nice Easter dinner
and a special dessert.
I made this today........so delicious.....
and it will be on the Easter table this holiday time.
You can also make this as a "sugar free" version
if you wish.
Here is the link to my cooking blog for the easy recipe
Tell me........what do you like to fix for Easter?
I would love to hear!

Mandarin Orange Vanilla Fluff....never heard of that. But the name is amazing. I love the saying under your blog pic about the needle, thread and fabric. I think I will share that with my sis in law that quilts. Easter is almost on top of us, this is my first yr without my mom, we usually have lunch at my brothers but I think this yr I will just chill at home. Hoping you have a great day.

I bet that recipe could be switched up a bit with other fruit. I always love to have some kind of jello/fruit salad for holiday dinners. Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks for the recipe, that looks so good, I haven't had it in years. My mother-in-law use to always have it on her table. So yummy :)
Pretty bunny, too!

I do miss having all our grown children and their families here for Easter, but I also appreciate a quieter celebration too. The seasons of life make me sentimental , and I am all the more thankful for my family, friends, and especially the reason we celebrate this special day. Praise him for His gift of salvation because of the shed blood of the Son ~ Jesus Christ !

I think I will be making that salad, it looks delicious.
